ITINERARY OF THE TREKKING

Day 1 : Fly from Kathmandu to Bhadrapur - 50 minutes and transfer to the border - 34 kms. After formalities, you drive to Gangtok (1437m) - 151 kms.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Gangtok and preparation for the trek.
Day 3 : Drive from Gangtok to Yuksom (1780m) - 167 kms.
Day 4 : Yuksom - Prekchu (2320m) - 6h.
Day 5 : Prekchu - Tsokha (3050m) - 6h.
Day 6 : Tshoka - Dzongri (4020m) - 5h.
Day 7 : Acclimatization day in Dzongri.
Day 8 : Dzongri - Thangsing (3930m) - 4h.
Day 9 : Thangsing - Samity Lake (4300m) - 3h.
Day 10 : Exploration to Goche-la Pass (4940m) and back to Thangsing - 7h.
Day 11 : Thangsing - Bakhim (3005m) - 5h.
Day 12 : Bakhim - Yuksom - 5h. Drive from Yuksom to Pema Yangtse (2130m) - 21 kms.
Day 13 : Drive from Pema Yangtse to Darjeeling (2040m) - 72 kms.
Day 14 : Sightseeing in Darjeeling.
Day 15 : Drive from Darjeeling to Bhadrapur - 147 kms.
Day 16 : Fly from Bhadrapur to Kathmandu - 50 minutes.
