Changunarayan - Dhulikhel Trekking

The Changunarayan - Dhulikhel Trekking starts from Changunarayan Temple. Located at the top of a panoramic hill, this temple is famous for its typical nepali architecture. Moreover, this site has been listed as a World Site Heritage by UNESCO. From there, you walk through the nepali countryside and many villages where you can meet a lot of local people.

ITINERARY OF THE TREKKING

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.
Day 3 : Drive to Changunarayan (1700m) by bus - 2h and commence trek to Nagarkot (1950m) - 4h.
Day 4 : Nagarkot - Dhulikhel (1440m) - 6h30.
Day 5 : Dhulikhel - Namo Buddha (1750m) - 3h.
Day 6 : Namo Budha - Panauti (1500m) - 3h. Drive to Kathmandu by bus - 2h30.
Day 7 : Free day and farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 8 : Final departure.
