Chitwan Chepang Hill Trail
This newly developed Chepang Hill Trail lies south-west of Kathmandu in Nepal’s tropical Terai district of Chitwan. This destination is unique because it goes through the Chepang culture. The Chepang people speak their own language, lead a nomadic life and a primary lifestyle, they hunt, forage for wild roots, fish and farm.
The Chitwan National Park is famous for one of the Asia’s top most beautiful national park. This natural land gathers endangered species such as the One Horned Rhinoceros, the Royal Bengal Tiger, the Gharial Crocodile and the Gangetic Dolphin. After your trek, you can enjoy a safari program in Chitwan.

ITINERARY OF THE TREKKING
Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.
Day 3 : Drive to Hungdi (310m) by bus - 3h and commence trek to Hattibang (1410m) - 5h.
Day 4 : Hattibang - Jyandala (1600m) - 5h.
Day 5 : Jyandala - Gadi (1250m) - 7h.
Day 6 : Gadi - Saktikhor (350m) - 5h.
Day 7 : Drive to Kathmandu by bus - 7h.
Day 8 : Free day and farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 9 : Final departure.
