The Everest Base Camp Trekking offers excellent trekking opportunities in the legendary Khumbu Valley. The trek to Everest area takes you through such popular places as Namche Bazar, Khumjung Valley, Tengboche Monastery, Gorakhshep and Kalapattar. If you are designing your trekking program to Everest Region during May - June or October - November, you will also have the opportunity to observe the world famous Dumje Festival and Mani Rimdu Festival.

ITINERARY OF THE TREKKING
Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.
Day 3 : Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m) - 40 minutes and commence trek to Phakding (2600m) - 3h.
Day 4 : Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3450m) - 6h30.
Day 5 : Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar.
Day 6 : Namche Bazaar - Tengboche (3870m) - 6h30.
Day 7 : Tengboche - Dingboche (4350m) - 6h.
Day 8 : Dingboche - Lobuche (4930m) - 5h30.
Day 9 : Lobuche - Gorakhshep (5200m) - 4h. Exploration to Everest Base Camp (5300m).
Day 10 : Gorakhshep - Kalapattar (5545m) - Lobuche - 6h30.
Day 11 : Lobuche - Pangboche (3990m) - 5h.
Day 12 : Pangboche - Namche Bazaar - 6h.
Day 13 : Namche Bazaar - Lukla - 6h.
Day 14 : Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu - 40 minutes.
Day 15 : Free day and farewell dinner in the evening.
Day 16 : Final departure.
