ITINERARY OF THE TREKKING

Day 1 : Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to hotel and welcome dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Sightseeing in Kathmandu and preparation for the trek.
Day 3 : Drive to Arughat Bazaar (550m) 7h by bus.
Day 4 : Arughat Bazaar - Soti Khola (730m) - 6h.
Day 5 : Seti Khola - Machha Khola (930m) - 5h.
Day 6 : Machha Khola - Jagat (1350m) - 7h.
Day 7 : Jagat - Deng (2300m) - 7h.
Day 8 : Deng - Ghap (2095m) - 7h.
Day 9 : Ghap - Lho Gaon (3120m) - 6h.
Day 10 : Lho Gaon - Sama Gompa (3500m) - 6h.
Day 11 : Sama Gompa - Manaslu Base Camp (4700m) - Sama Gompa.
Day 12 : Sama Gompa - Samdo (3900m) - 3h.
Day 13 : Samdo - Dharmasala (4450m) - 6h.
Day 14 : Dharmasala - Bimtang (3800m) via Larkya-la Pass (5213m) - 7h.
Day 15 : Bimtang - Dharapani (1940m) - 7h.
Day 16 : Dharapani - Bahudanda (1310m) - 7h.
Day 17 : Bahudanda - Besisahar (760m) - 6h.
Day 18 : Drive to Kathmandu 7h by bus.
Day 19 : Free day and farewell dinner in the evening.
