Nar - Phu Trekking

Trekking

The area lies beyond the great Himalayas falling under the rain shadow zone of Central and South Asia. As an extension of Annapurna treks to its north, Nar - Phu Trekking is popular in offering unique Tibetan cultural experiences and giving exposure to high peaks, passes, glaciers and alpine valleys. During the trek you will be facing the task of crossing adventurous Kang-la Pass (5314m) and Thorong-la Pass (5416m).
Trekking in Nar - Phu Valley had been restricted before 2002 and once opened it has been adding significant values to the trekking in Nepal Himalayas. The Nar - Phu Trekking needs special trekking permit.
