Tamang Heritage Trail - A cultural trek
to a Himalayan village |

Previously a restricted area near the
Tibetan border, the Tamang heritage
trekking trail Rasuwa in Nepal, as part
of Langtang trekking, forms the prime
attraction of newly opened trekking
destinations in Nepal. Famously known
as Bridim village home stay trekking,
it provides camping and homestay facilities.
As a non tourist trekking area in Nepal
the Langtang trek with new trekking
trails highlights the ancient lifestyle
of indigenous Tamang people who migrated
into Nepal form Tibet centuries ago.
