Booking Condition and Visa arrangements

Booking should be made as early as possible and must be confirmed at least 8-10 weeks in advance. A booking form with full passport details including present home address and occupation, should reach us with the 40 % payment of the trip. Payment can be made by bank transfers or can be paid directly at our office by cash, draft, and travelers' cheque. Balance payment must be made a week before the trip departure.

Confirmed reservation should reach us 2 weeks prior to tour departure date along with US$ 100 non-refundable deposit per person. Thirdpole Treks & Expeditions (P) Ltd. will process visa for you and we require the following details while making your booking:

(a) Name- surname in full (as it appears in your passport)
(b) Sex
(c) Date of birth
(d) Profession
(e) Nationality
(f) Passport (to be sent to us)

Cost of visa varies for every national. A Normal visa fee is applicable if the visa is processed on 5 full working day basis. An urgent fee of US$.10 additional is applicable for the visa to be processed in 3 days and US. $. 15 additional fees is charged by the China Embassy for the visa to be processed within a day.

The Embassy of China is open every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 11 AM for China / Tibet visas.

Note:
The normal visa fee will be applicable only if the client deposits his / her passport to the Chinese Embassy for more than 5 days ahead

Visa fee:
• USD 59 for the US Citizens
• USD 45 for other Nationals

Cancellation and refund policy
There will be a cancellation charge of 50% for confirmed booking up to 14 days prior to departure. No refund will be made for the cancellation made within a week of departure. No refund for no shows ups, delayed arrival or what ever the reason may be from the client's side. A separate form has to be signed by the clients before departure accepting the terms and condition of the trip which will be the official contract between clients and Adventure Thirdpole Treks.
