Yoga & Meditation
The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit root "yuj" which means "to join", "to yoke".
The science of yoga makes a study of the human being itself and declares that it is a triune being:
- A being with a bestial nature called animal instinct.
- A being with reason but full of impurity.
- A being with a deep divine nature all-pure and all-perfect.
Yoga is an ancient art based on the harmonious development of body and mind in order to develop the feeling of unity of this human being.
A daily practice lead you to a feeling of peace and well-being as well as the feeling to be one with environment.
The practice of yoga makes the body strong and flexible, it also improves the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. Yoga brings emotional stability and clarity of mind.
